Hello, this is Jane Brown.  In this article, I wanted to explore a few more ideas on how we can work together to reach our goal of successfully losing weight.  My weight loss buddy and I decided to look at supplements that would be beneficial on our journey.  We wanted to understand how Vitamin D could help us.

To us, we had made the commitment to lose weight.  We agreed that it was important to take care of our own bodies.   This meant including regular exercise, adding 8 glasses of water and modifying our diet on a daily basis.  But to boost our system and aid in this weight loss process, we needed to add a few supplements.

Good Morning and Good Day!  This is Jane Brown.  I would like to share with you a few more tips and tricks on your weight loss journey. After my weight loss buddy and I made a commitment to lose weight, we tried to come up with ideas on how we could stay on track to lose the weight and to reach our goal.  We committed to each other that we would exercise regularly, eat balanced, healthy meals and remember to drink our 6 – 8 glasses of water per day.

Breakfast to us spelled the “starting point” of our whole day and how we could be successful.  Being successful was critical to us.
